Where is your service area?
We cover the majority of east central Illinois. If you are within a 20 mile radius of Champaign, Danville, or Tuscola we would be happy to scoop your yard. When in doubt, give us a call and ask. We try to be as accommodating as possible!
Do you offer services in the winter?
Yes! We offer year round pet waste removal. Some slight rescheduling may happen around severe weather events, but we try to maintain the normal schedule as much as possible! The dog waste doesn't stop coming just because it's cold outside, and neither do we. Without winter service, waste can build up quickly and make the first thaw quite overwhelming. We not only provide service at this time of year, we highly recommend it.
Are you bonded or insured?
Yes! We are both. We are insured directly through PCI insurance, including liability. We also have an Illinois Service Bond. Both of these are to give you the peace of mind when hiring us. We take the utmost care with your property and belongings. But, in the event of an accident, we have you covered!
What do you with the dog poop after its scooped?
We have two options!
Option 1. This is the most common. We double bag the waste in strong, leak resistant bags and place it in an outdoor receptacle provided by the client. There is no charge for this, and this is the most common choice. We use strong deodorizing bags and have very few instances, if any, of the bags leaking or seepage.
Option 2. We do provide complete removal from the property. For a small charge, we bag up the waste and remove it completely and dispose of it in an environmentally safe manner. Other than having a clean and doody-free yard, you'll barely even know we were there!
