Terms of Service

Our company provides professional pet waste removal services, including but not limited to the removal of pet waste from residential and commercial properties, deodorizing the affected areas if applicable, and disposing of the waste in an appropriate manner.

By using our services, you agree to allow our staff and technicians access to your property during the scheduled service times. You understand that our team will enter your property for the sole purpose of carrying out the agreed-upon services, and you will ensure that your pets are secured or supervised during this time.

Payment terms and pricing details will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of services. Our company may require upfront or periodic payments, depending on the nature of the services requested.  

We will work with you to determine a regular schedule for pet waste removal services. In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel a service appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours' notice.  

While our staff and technicians make every effort to ensure their safety and the safety of your property, you understand and acknowledge that pets can be unpredictable. Our company will not be held liable for any injuries or damages caused by your pets during the provision of our services. It is your responsibility to inform our team of any potentially aggressive or dangerous pets on your property.

You agree to provide accurate and updated information regarding your property, including any specific areas or zones that need special attention or consideration during the service. Additionally, you will ensure that your pets are up to date on vaccinations and that they do not pose a health risk to our staff or other clients.

We respect your privacy and will handle any personal information provided in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services requested.Our experienced dog walkers can take your furry friend for a walk, run or hike, ensuring they get the exercise and stimulation they need to stay healthy and happy!

Our team will make every reasonable effort to remove all pet waste from your property. However, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of waste that is concealed or buried deeply. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any property that poses a safety risk or is deemed unsuitable for our services. This includes, excessively high grass, excessive leaves fallen from trees, or any other obstruction that reasonably blocks the view of a scooper during their normal duties.  

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our services or these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason. We will notify you in advance of any material changes. In the event of termination, our company will not be liable to you or any third party for any damages or losses incurred.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Champaign County. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Champaign County.

As a year round and outdoor service, occasionally weather events occur that may impact service. We make every effort to service your yard on a set schedule, and will provide service on that schedule as much as possible. However, weather events such as snow, tornadoes, floods, or other catastrophic weather may impede our ability to service your property. In such an event, steps will be taken to communicate our intent and come to a logical agreement on how to proceed. Some of these options are not limited to, but may include providing service early, postponing service, or skipping an appointment all together. We will try to provide as much notice as possible, but in some circumstances this might be less than 24 hours depending on the event and the unpredictability of weather.
